Make the next customer easier to handle.
Most small businesses don't lose track of leads because the team doesn't care. Enquiries arrive across different places: website forms, phone calls, social messages, email and referrals. Somebody gets busy, a follow-up sits in drafts and the owner becomes the person who remembers everything. A CRM should make the work visible, not give everyone another dashboard to manage.

Start with a usable record
We map a modest pipeline around actual stages. A new request is not a quote; a quote is not an appointment; and a booked job is not a completed job. Each stage should be understandable by the person responsible for moving it. We create fields only when the team will use them.
Automate the repeatable part
Confirmations, internal alerts, reminders and a polite follow-up can remove repetitive work. The system still needs conditions, opt-outs, fallback paths and an owner for exceptions. If someone asks for an unavailable service or replies with a complex question, that is a human conversation, not an invitation to send another automated sequence.
Work with what exists
When a suitable CRM is already in place we evaluate connecting or improving it. BGE is not selling every client a compulsory software migration. Integrations and data cleanup need their own scoped work and test plan.
Five questions before buying a CRM.
If the current workflow cannot answer these, a bigger platform will often produce a bigger version of the same confusion.
Who is responsible for the first response?
What makes an enquiry qualified?
When can an appointment be considered confirmed?
Which messages require a person's approval?
Where does the team check a failure?
We put those answers into the configuration brief first. The CRM should reflect the team's operating agreement, not become a substitute for one.
What an implementation actually hands over.
A complete project is more than a login and a screenshot of a pipeline. We test a representative enquiry end to end before we call it done.
Before handover
- Test a representative enquiry from the website
- Confirm which staff member receives it
- Verify reminders against real calendar slots
- Check that opt-outs are respected
- Make sure an exception doesn't disappear
After training
We walk the responsible users through the most common actions. If they cannot tell which lead needs attention after training, the system is not yet ready. Changes after handover can be covered by a separate care arrangement, with provider charges kept visible.
Who keeps it running.
One-time implementation defines the build and handover. Connected software and managed operations are monthly when provided. Some customers manage their own account; others want BGE to monitor the standard website and CRM journey. We set those responsibilities in writing, separately from advertising or SEO services.
AI voice is not included in the standard CRM plan. Avoro is a separate service. We don't pretend every piece of creative happens at one desk — specialist work is coordinated under a BGE proposal with clear accountability.
Questions before you buy a CRM.
Do we have to change CRM?
Not always. When a suitable CRM is already in place we evaluate connecting or improving it. BGE is not selling every client a compulsory software migration.
Can it book jobs automatically?
Only within approved calendars, service eligibility and dispatch rules. The system still needs conditions, opt-outs, fallback paths and an owner for exceptions.
Can you integrate Jobber or ServiceTitan?
We assess each integration. Advanced middleware is not included in the standard plan.
Is AI voice included?
No. Avoro is a separate optional service. AI phone handling is not part of the standard website/CRM plan.
Discuss your client system.
Tell us how enquiries arrive today and where they get stuck. We'll map a modest pipeline around your actual stages and explain what automation can responsibly take off your team's plate.
