From first brief to a working customer journey

A clear build process. No disappearing into development.

The quickest way to make a small project expensive is to leave the scope undefined. We keep the standard installation focused. You know what we're building, what we need from you and what gets tested before launch.

  1. 01

    Fit and scope

We start with a short qualification call, not a free consulting workshop. Is your business a good fit for a standard six-page website plus CRM intake? Do you already operate a CRM platform account? Is there an existing website with organic traffic and backlinks? Do you rely on ServiceTitan, Jobber or other software that would make an off-the-shelf installation insufficient?

If the requested outcome fits the standard package, we provide the agreed page map and configured workflow scope. If not, we quote a separate custom project rather than hiding more work in the fixed price.

    Client contribution

Business details, services, service-area information, current domains/logins, contact preferences, branding assets, working hours and verified public claims.

  2. 02

    Make the website specific

We organize the site's pages around actual buyer questions. An HVAC business might need heating, cooling, maintenance and request service. A plumbing business might need a clear emergency path, repairs and larger-project estimates. We provide a layout/content review so you can confirm that the site represents the business correctly.

    Client contribution

Approve facts and one consolidated revision round. Supply relevant photos, genuine customer reviews if approved, and permission to use them.

  3. 03

    Configure the backend

We create or configure the agreed CRM pipeline, forms, calendar and starter workflows. The specific setup can include a notification when a form arrives, a confirmation that doesn't promise unapproved service, and appointment reminders for verified bookings. If messaging requires registration, we won't pretend it works before verification.

    Client contribution

Identify the staff member responsible for new requests, choose pipeline stages and confirm actual appointment availability rules.

  4. 04

    Test the path

We submit test enquiries from desktop and phone, check form validation and consent, see that records enter the intended pipeline, verify the team receives configured notifications, and test booking confirmation where applicable. We inspect canonical URLs, basic metadata, sitemap accessibility, mobile layouts, accessibility, image behavior and major broken links.

    Client contribution

Review the final facts and explicitly approve the production site and account operations.

  5. 05

    Go live and hand over

We connect the agreed domain and verify that main pages work. We provide a concise operating guide: how to find an enquiry, how to change a stage, how to make a basic page text edit or request one, and where to check configured notifications. For a client-owned account, you take over ordinary administration. For managed clients, we operate within the agreed support boundaries.

Launch condition: domain and calendars must be verified; a client can reasonably block launch by not supplying necessary approvals or credentials. We don't promise a date before those dependencies are understood.

After launch

What happens once you're live.

Client-owned

The project closes after handover and short bug-correction period. New requirements are quoted separately.

Managed

The initial 12-month term is at $397/month, then $197/month from month 13. Standard care includes limited minor edits but not unlimited development.

What we don't do under the standard plan

Boundaries keep the product consistent.

We won't promise to overhaul an existing 200-page site, publish dozens of city pages, run a paid advertising account, devise a growth strategy, build a complex CRM migration or launch an AI phone agent while charging a standard six-page website fee. The boundaries allow us to deliver a consistent product.

FAQ

Process questions.

How fast does it go live?

Timing depends on agreed scope, complete materials, domain access and communication registration. We supply a project schedule when prerequisites are confirmed.

What if I don't have photos?

We can use properly licensed imagery after approval, or plan a photo asset handoff. Original photography isn't in the base fee.

How many revisions do I get?

One consolidated revision round on the agreed standard scope, with corrections for our implementation errors distinguished from new requirements.

What do you need from me?

Accurate service info, domain/account access, approval of copy and a person responsible for requests.

Can I add SEO later?

Yes, as a separately scoped project. The standard site is technically prepared but no ranking or monthly SEO service is bundled.

A website launch shouldn't be a mystery.

Talk through the standard scope and decide whether it fits.
