Your website shouldn't become a bargaining chip.
The right price is the one you understand beyond the first invoice. Here is how our two standard purchasing paths are meant to work, what changes after year one and what moving your system actually involves.
Pay once, control your own account.
Pay $2,495 one-time for the agreed website and CRM implementation, plus an eligible HighLevel subscription you purchase and control. BGE builds and tests the defined project; your team is responsible for ordinary software management after handover. Your domain should remain registered in your name or under an account you control. The legal agreement specifies licensed software and intellectual property rights.
This is often the straightforward route for a business comfortable paying up front and administering software.
No upfront fee. The rate drops automatically in year two.
No upfront setup fee. $397 per month during a 12-month initial term. The price includes the standard build and managed platform/care. On month 13 it automatically becomes $197 per month. The ongoing lower fee covers standard platform access, website hosting, defined maintenance and up to 30 minutes/month in small edits. Work outside that scope requires agreement first.
The reduced price is a contractual feature, not something you have to negotiate later. It must be implemented correctly in billing before this product is sold.
The initial term already pays for the build.
The initial twelve payments already compensate BGE for the standard implementation and management. After that we do not charge again merely to release the agreed build. If you no longer want the managed service, you can request an exit under the signed agreement. We provide one standard handover sequence and do not deliberately withhold your business records.
That is not a promise of free work on another vendor's software, and it does not transfer HighLevel's intellectual property to you.
Supported, but not one-click.
When the managed system uses an eligible HighLevel client subaccount, the provider offers an 'eject to new agency' workflow or a transfer to another eligible agency. Websites, forms, calendars, workflows and contacts are among assets supported by the published transfer processes, but details differ. A receiving account is required and there are limits: connected apps can disconnect, domain settings may need to be re-added, calendars and phone/email settings may require setup, workflows in ejection may become Draft and need testing, and certain subscriptions may need cancellation/re-enablement.
Some account classifications cannot transfer. Platform rules can change. Our promise is a documented reasonable handover and support for an eligible transfer, not a guaranteed instant move with zero downtime.
Seven steps to a documented handover.
- 01
You choose an exit date after satisfying the initial agreement.
- 02
We confirm the client subaccount and receiving provider/agency are eligible.
- 03
We inventory domain/DNS, forms, workflows, calendar and communications connections.
- 04
Your team creates or receives the appropriate HighLevel subscription and necessary admin credentials.
- 05
With authorization, the account transfer/ejection is initiated or an agreed export is prepared if the platform restricts transfer.
- 06
We reconnect and test essential functions to the agreed handover extent.
- 07
We close managed billing on the contracted date, provide handover instructions and remove access as agreed.
Itemized before any optional chargeable work.
Direct HighLevel subscription, DNS/domain registrar costs, messaging or number portability, A2P registration, payment or third-party reauthorization, premium apps, and substantial rebuilding outside the standard handover. We itemize and seek approval before optional chargeable work. The basic end-of-term handover assistance is included, not an unlimited migration service.
A proposed early-exit settlement, pending legal review.
The managed offer has a twelve-month initial commitment. Our proposed early-exit method is to settle the remaining $200 per month of deferred build recovery, plus real unpaid fees/usage. It does not add the future $197 managed-service portion when that service is not being delivered. This proposal requires final legal review and may vary in the executed contract. The signed terms control; do not rely on marketing copy alone.
A clear ledger of assets and rights.
| Asset | Who owns / controls it |
|---|---|
| Client domain | Yours, if you hold the registration. We recommend direct registration in your name. |
| Original approved business facts and supplied media | Remain subject to the rights you hold. |
| Commissioned standard website copy and design deliverables | Rights defined in the signed contract after amounts owed are settled. |
| HighLevel software | Licensed from the provider; we do not own or transfer its software intellectual property. |
| Third-party themes, fonts, photographs and plugins | Subject to the applicable license, even after contract end. |
| CRM contact/customer data | Business data under applicable agreement and law; export/transfer access subject to provider mechanics and secure handling. |
Ownership and exit questions.
Do I have to stay with BGE forever?
No. The managed program has an initial 12-month commitment. Afterward you may continue monthly or request a documented exit.
Will my website look different after transfer?
Supported website assets generally move with the eligible HighLevel subaccount, but reconnection, workflows and third-party assets need verification. Do not assume zero change or zero interruption.
Can you move it to WordPress?
Not as a native one-click HighLevel transfer. That would be a separate replatforming project.
Can I avoid all future monthly costs?
An online website and CRM generally require ongoing hosting/software costs. Client-owned lowers BGE service commitments, not vendor obligations.
Can you cancel on my behalf?
We follow the signed cancellation and account authorization process. No surprise deactivations while a migration is pending.
