Delivery boundaries and what is not included
We maintain rigorous scope discipline so projects launch on schedule and operate reliably without surprise costs.
Scope Limits
Standard delivery does not include: bespoke web application code, AI voice receptionists, paid ad management, SEO retainers, migration of hundreds of legacy blog posts, 2-way ServiceTitan/Jobber API middleware, outbound cold SMS broadcasts, multiple city landing page footprints, or 24/7 emergency dispatch.
Third-Party & Usage Costs
Domain registration, email delivery services (e.g. Mailgun/SendGrid), A2P 10DLC mobile messaging verification, and direct phone carrier fees are billed directly by respective providers. We configure the standard connectors without markup.
