Meet Avoro. The phone gets answered, even when everyone is busy.
Your best technician may be on a ladder. Your front desk may be dealing with another customer. Your office may be closed for the night. None of that makes the next caller’s question less important. Avoro is an AI receptionist built around the calls your business actually receives: simple questions, service requests, appointment enquiries and the situations that need a person.

Two straightforward plans.
AI phone handling is a separate service — it is not included in the $397/month standard website/CRM plan. Choose by the calls you actually receive and the minutes a first-contact conversation usually takes.

How Avoro handles a call.
What a useful first call sounds like
Someone calls about a leaking pipe. Avoro can ask whether water is actively flowing, record the address, capture a callback number and alert the on-call contact based on rules you approve. It must not diagnose the plumbing issue, promise a price, or tell the caller a truck has been dispatched unless your business confirms that step. The caller should be clear on what happens next — that clarity matters more than impressive voice tricks.
A receptionist with boundaries
We set approved information about services, hours, locations, routine questions and the exceptions a person must handle. If a customer asks for something outside those bounds, Avoro does not make it up. It can collect the request and route it to your team. High-stakes, emergency or regulated questions always need an appropriate human path.
After the call, the work is visible
A call is only valuable if the right team can do something with it. Avoro can record a contact, summary and agreed outcome in the connected workspace. That record can trigger an approved acknowledgement, team notification or booking follow-up. Your business defines what counts as an enquiry, a confirmed appointment and an emergency handoff.
Hear the experience
An interactive Avoro demo appears only when a live AI line or browser demo is connected and tested. A simulated demo may demonstrate an approved sample conversation but must be labelled as a simulation. A demo is not proof that live transfer, external dispatch or every language works in production.
Who should use it
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, clinics and other service teams where an inbound caller’s next action can be defined clearly. Avoro is not the right choice for unsupervised complex diagnosis, emergency dispatch, high-stakes professional advice or ambiguous unstructured transactions. Start with one good call job; add branches after call recordings, rules and exceptions have been reviewed lawfully.
Questions before you switch on a voice agent.
Does it replace my team?
It handles approved first-contact tasks; people handle exceptions and the actual service.
Can it transfer calls?
We configure supported handoffs and test the exact number and fallback before promising transfers.
What happens to a real emergency?
We apply agreed human escalation instructions. Avoro is not an emergency-response provider.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes, if it is compatible.
Is there a contract?
Essential and Growth are month-to-month, unlike the separate BGE website-managed 12-month product.
Are calls recorded?
Only where technically configured and lawful, with required notices and consent rules.
Can it promise appointment availability?
Only when the actual connected calendar confirms it.
What if calls exceed included minutes?
Confirm a top-up before authorizing charges; we provide a documented path to keep answering.
