An enquiry is a job to manage — not an email to lose.
Contractors don't need a generic CRM. They need a pipeline that mirrors how the work actually moves, intake forms that capture the right detail, and follow-up that doesn't depend on someone remembering to call back. We configure that system for your trade.
The work isn't hard to do. The tracking is.
Most contractor losses aren't about skill — they're about follow-up. An enquiry comes in on a Tuesday. The owner is on a roof. The email sits unread. By Friday, the homeowner called someone else.
A connected CRM solves the simplest, most expensive problem in contracting: knowing what came in, where it stands and who needs to respond. The form submission creates the record. The pipeline shows the status. The alert tells the right person. The opportunity doesn't disappear because someone was busy.
Four components, one connected workflow.
Pipeline
Every enquiry becomes a card with a status — New, Contacted, Quoted, Won, Lost. You see what's in the queue and what needs a call.
Contact records
Name, number, service type, source and notes in one place. The same caller doesn't become two records because two staff members replied.
Intake forms
Questions that match the trade — less for urgent work, more for estimates. The submission creates the record and the opportunity automatically.
Follow-up automation
Acknowledgement messages, reminders and status changes on agreed triggers. Not a promise of 24/7 human answering — a system that keeps the enquiry alive.
Five stages that match how a job actually moves.
New
Form submitted or call received. Record created automatically.
Contacted
Staff called back. Notes logged. Appointment discussed.
Quoted
Estimate sent. Opportunity moves to a decision stage.
Won
Job booked. Calendar and reminders configured. Invoice path opened.
Lost
Declined or no response. Reason logged for review.
The spreadsheet, the shared inbox and the sticky note.
A shared Gmail account isn't a CRM. A spreadsheet isn't a pipeline. A sticky note on the dash isn't follow-up. Each one works until it doesn't — and the jobs that fall through are the ones you never knew you had.
The standard build includes one pipeline, up to two intake forms, one calendar and up to three core automations. It installs into a suitable client-owned account or runs managed under BGE. Multi- location routing, field-service dispatch and API integrations are quoted separately.
Questions about the contractor CRM.
Does this replace Jobber or ServiceTitan?
Not for dispatch, routing or invoicing. It replaces the spreadsheet and the shared inbox — the enquiry-to-quote path. If you need deep field-service integration, we assess what should stay in your current system and quote a connection if feasible.
Can I see the pipeline on my phone?
Yes. The connected platform provides mobile access for supported features. Confirm app availability and permissions with the provider.
How long does setup take?
The standard build is typically configured within the agreed project timeline. We scope the pipeline stages, forms and automations on the first call and test the intake path before handover.
Is AI part of the CRM?
No. AI receptionist (Avoro) is a separate service. The CRM captures, organizes and follows up — it doesn't answer calls or make judgment calls.
