When someone's heating fails, they need answers. Not a maze.
An HVAC website should help a customer find the right service and reach the right person. It should also make the office's next action easier. We build contractor websites that connect repair, installation and maintenance enquiries to one organized intake path.

Different HVAC enquiries need different first steps.
No-cooling issue
The homeowner wants to know if repairs are available, whether service area applies and how to reach someone quickly. Give phone prominence when urgency warrants it. A short form asks about the issue, property, timing and contact details.
Equipment replacement
The visitor is evaluating a meaningful investment. They want to know what types of installations you handle, how an assessment works and whether financing is available if the contractor actually provides it. Ask for an estimate, not 'Book your new unit'.
Maintenance
The customer may be ready to request a tune-up or recurring plan. Clear inclusions, seasonal timing and an appropriate scheduling path reduce back-and-forth.
Commercial
Businesses often need capacity, facility details and approval steps. If the contractor serves commercial clients, create a distinct contact path rather than presenting a residential lead form as universal.
Clear work, real people, a credible process.
An HVAC homepage needs an H1 that says precisely what the company offers. Real technician and project images. Top-level service groups: Heating, Cooling, Maintenance and Commercial when applicable. Service area clearly defined. Authentic license/certification proof only if actually held and verified. Phone visible. 'Request service' or 'Get an estimate' according to intent. Footer with actual business details and transparent contact options.
We do not manufacture 'best HVAC company' awards. Better to show clear work, real people and a credible process.
From 'Cooling repair' to a reviewed CRM ticket.
- 01
Customer selects 'Cooling repair'. Form asks address or ZIP/postal code, equipment type if known, what isn't working, urgency, phone/email and preferred reply.
- 02
It explicitly says a request is not a confirmed appointment.
- 03
The office receives a CRM ticket marked Cooling / Service Request.
- 04
A staff member reviews availability, calls to clarify and sets the appointment.
- 05
When configured and consented, a confirmation is sent.
Illustrative setup. Real availability, notifications and messaging depend on configured account and scope.
One record instead of a lost email.
Instead of an email alone, the office opens a contact record. It can see request source, service type and notes. The team can change the pipeline stage from New Request to Contacted, Scheduled, Quote Sent or Closed. These are examples, not a promised universal pipeline. We define the workflow with the contractor during setup and test every stage that matters.
The standard HVAC build scope.
- Mobile-first homepage, service routing and up to the agreed six-page standard site.
- One contact/estimate form plus optional second standard form.
- CRM pipeline. One calendar where appropriate. Up to three simple workflows.
- Technical SEO foundations. Testing. One consolidated revision round.
Anything involving multiple branches, dispatch APIs, extensive location pages or new campaigns is a separate project.
Useful information, not 40 interchangeable city pages.
Describe equipment serviced, common symptoms, the company's actual service region, genuine maintenance offering and what happens after someone calls. We structure headings, links, FAQ and metadata around those facts. Rankings and AI citation cannot be promised, and long-term search campaigns are not included in the standard build.
Kestrel Heating & Air.
Clean service categories, technician-first visuals, an urgent-call treatment, and a straightforward booking path. A mobile-first HVAC site and connected intake built around how homeowners actually call for service.

Common HVAC website questions.
Can customers book emergency HVAC service online?
We recommend a phone-first emergency path unless your team has an approved real-time dispatch and calendar system. A request form should not imply a confirmed arrival.
Can you integrate ServiceTitan or Jobber?
That is possible only after technical review and a separate quote. It is not part of the standard plan.
Can you add heat pump service pages?
Yes, within the agreed page allocation. Extra unique pages may be scoped separately.
Are texts included?
Messaging usage, registration and sender requirements are separate. No bulk texts without compliant consent.
Does the package include Google Ads?
No. This is a website and intake system, not a paid lead campaign.
If your website doesn't tell customers where to start, we should fix that first.
