A website built around the next customer conversation.
Kestrel Heating & Air — a mobile-first HVAC site and connected intake.
"Comfort shouldn't be a question mark."
The brief
Kestrel needed a website that mirrored how homeowners actually call a heating and air company: fast on a phone, under stress, deciding whether it is an emergency or a planned job. The site had to look credible in the first few seconds and make the next step obvious on a small screen.
The service journey
A homeowner lands on a cooling-repair page and immediately sees the service offered, the next step, and what to have ready. A short request form asks for name, contact, service area, equipment issue, and urgency. In a true emergency, the page prioritizes calling. The request reaches a CRM pipeline, the source is recorded, and a team member is notified.
What we built
A true-to-trade information architecture, purposeful hero, service selector, distinct call and request paths, and a lead-stage timeline the office actually uses. Confirmations are honest: a request is received, not a confirmed arrival. A real person reviews the job and confirms availability.
The result
Kestrel's office sees every request as a record instead of a lost email, and the pipeline moves cleanly from New Request to Contacted, Scheduled, and Closed. The mobile-first path shortened the distance between a homeowner's problem and a staffed conversation.
