Reach the person searching for the work you actually want.
Search ads can place your business in front of somebody comparing a service at the exact moment they need it. That precision disappears when account structure mixes urgent repairs, broad research keywords and irrelevant searches into one expensive pool.

How we build the account.
We separate commercial search themes by service and intent, research relevant queries and negative keywords, align geography with verified service coverage, write truthful ad copy, and create landing destinations that match each promise. Calls and forms receive conversion tracking that is tested rather than assumed. Budget pacing, search terms and lead quality guide ongoing review. We examine whether a new enquiry became a useful conversation where data permits.
Your client experience.
You should know what Google was paid, what BGE was paid, which campaigns ran and which changes were made. Your business controls its Google Ads account, payment method and approved spend. If we recommend increasing budget, we provide a reason and request approval first.
What happens in the first month.
Before the first new ad launches, we want the account's actual purpose to be clear. Which services can the company deliver this month? Which locations are worth paying to reach? What does a valuable lead look like, and who calls it back? We review existing campaigns and tracking, then build or revise a small set of search themes. In the first reporting cycle, we inspect search terms, query relevance, geographic delivery, cost patterns and the calls or forms that followed. We also ask the business whether those enquiries were useful. An apparent drop in lead volume may be an improvement if irrelevant calls disappeared. Early numbers are directional, not a promise that the optimal campaign has already been found.
How we think about budget.
Google Ads charges for the advertising activity itself. BGE's management work is a separate expense. A good budget supports enough data to evaluate a hypothesis without putting the business under unnecessary cash pressure. A business with expensive, infrequent installations may tolerate a higher cost per qualified enquiry than one selling small routine services, but only if the economics support it. We won't invent a universal 'minimum ad spend for every contractor'. Our proposal shows the budget assumption, campaign management fee, creative or landing-page expenses and the review point at which to continue, revise or stop.
Questions before you buy Google Ads.
Is landing-page redesign included?
Not automatically. Landing page redesign, new photos or video, unlimited creative rounds, CRM replacement, content SEO and multichannel management can be scoped separately.
Does Google Ads guarantee position?
No. Google Ads is not the same as organic ranking and does not guarantee position. Budget, competition, quality and relevance all affect placement.
