A website built around the next customer conversation.
Northcrest Roofing — a project-led roofing site and estimate intake.
"A roof worth feeling sure about."
The brief
Northcrest Roofing wanted a site that felt like the homes they work on — architectural, confident, earned. The page had to carry project credibility and make it easy for a homeowner to understand the difference between a repair and a replacement before they ever called.
The service journey
A visitor reviews repair versus replacement, sends an inspection request, and learns that a staff member must confirm any visit. The site answers enough to start a useful conversation without forcing an unqualified instant quote. A visitor may be requesting a time, but the site is clear that a request is not a confirmed booking.
What we built
A housing-architecture editorial approach using putty backgrounds, burgundy headings, and confident roof-detail photography. The intake separates inspection requests from full estimates, records the source, and routes each into a CRM record the office can triage by stage.
The result
Northcrest's office receives structured inspection requests instead of vague phone messages, and the staged follow-up moves each one from Office Review to Follow-up to Visit to Proposal. Homeowners arrive knowing what they asked for and what happens next.
