A website built around the next customer conversation.
Hightide Electrical — technical credibility and an efficient quote path.
"Power planned properly."
The brief
Hightide Electrical needed a site that looked as precise as the work itself. Electrical customers are buying licensed competence, and the page had to project technical credibility without feeling clinical or generic.
The service journey
A renovation enquiry is separated from repair requests and captured as a staff-reviewed project opportunity. The site answers enough to start a useful conversation without forcing an unqualified instant quote. The call to action matches the actual service step — a request, not a confirmed booking.
What we built
A restrained architectural electrical site with dark graphite, disciplined grid lines, and equipment-detail imagery. Plain safety-conscious copy, distinct project categories, readable portfolio slots, and a clear estimate-request stage that routes into a CRM record the office owns.
The result
Hightide's office receives project enquiries as structured records instead of scattered emails, and the pipeline moves each one cleanly from Inquiry to Initial Review to Quote Conversation to Site Visit. Customers arrive knowing what they asked for and who follows up.
Inquiry → Initial Review → Quote Conversation → Site Visit Pending.
